You mean one site for humanm user and another for bot? if your ans: is "yes" then do not do this :( if your ans is "no", is your 1st domain urls indexed with google? if yes how many? depents on the number of urls you can create 301. Your old key pages can have specific 301 redirection to new page in new domain. other pages from old domain can just redirect to new domin home page. Let google to crawl and index from new domain.
