[Supertraining] Combat Conditioning, Matt Furey - Thanks jschmuckus Sat Aug 12 14:29:39 2006
Thanks to all who contributed to my inquiring into Matt Furey's program.
Although I used to Judo Wrestle, I don't anymore and the reason
I got his course was because I wss attracted to the anywhere
anytime with my own body weight.
Additionally, although I had two ACL reconstructions on my right
knee, the hindu squats seem to make it stronger and I never experience
joint pain.
Amazingly, one one or two days with the 'royal court' and I can
almost double my reps. After one week, it increases by 10% or so
and then I plateau there, whichi is fine, but I never did them
for more that 3-4weeks in a row.
And now that I know more, I also realize that this material is
readily available and not 'new'.
Thanks to all,
Warmest regards,
James Schmuck
