Supertraining

Hi all, am looking to buy a 1 station home gym and am overwhelmed
by the choices available  and variations in price. Has anybody had any 
experience with the BandFlex or BowFlex systems and can they tell me 
the difference between these type of products and the traditional gym 
set incorporating weights ?
Seems like a huge discrepancy in price for products that do the same
thing. I am new to all of this and do not have a lot of money to spend 
or devoted space at home. Any information would be greatly appreciated 
especially on comparison data).
