Linda, I haven't looked at the westside info for many years so I can't say if they are or are not upfront about things. I wanted to point out to Anthony the different visions and opinions that are out there. For what I do know about the westside principles they certainly can be used in a variety of situations, with athletes or general population. Also, never, in any of my postings did I back Chek over Simmons, or anyone else. If you have a look at the NSCA forums you will see in the 400+ posts I've made or the postings and articles I've done for sportspecific.com I am in no way inclined to use the gimmicks you mentioned and like you am a "dinosaur" type, including PL, OL, Complex's and I am probably a bigger Chek/Weider opponent than a Westside opponent. PS: We'll take up PL, can you US guys then learn some real rugby, haven't seen you doing so well at the World's.
