I know both have been studied vs. other independent variables. Is there enough data to make "assumptions" about the advantages of one over the other? My interest lies in the vertimax philosophy that a non inertial relatively non variable resistance is more productive than an increasing resistance. Obviously the athlete provides the inertial resistance -- but what about the varying dimension? Musings Jerry Telle Lakewood CO USA
