This is my form so, take it with as many grains of salt as you wish Grab the bar firmly. Squeeze your shoulderblades together tightly creating an arch in your back. Before starting the movement, act like you are trying to bend the bar.Do this throughout the movement. Your elbows should be tracking properly. There is more to benching than this but, hopefully it answers your question.
