Hello Eugene, A couple of things immediately spring to mind, that may help your friend. Firstly a simple analysis of her diet, more importantly what's her consumption of alcohol like? Secondly there could be a link to high cortisol output? Does your friend live a high-stress lifestyle or find it hard to cope? She could have bloodwork or saliva to determine this, or seek out a Biosignature practitioner in your area to perform an assessment.
