You might be interested to know about a book I've just reviewed for a fitness magazine - 'Marathon Running - From Beginner to Elite', by Richard Nerurkar (A&C Black Publishers). Nerurkar was the UK's top marathon runner during the 90's and he has written a hugely informative and very readable book full of advice, instruction and testimonies and stories from those who have been there and done it. It might be of interest to you. Guy Holland Worcestershire. A lot of their information is from RRN. I know that because I subscribed to it for awhile until I found that out. I have every issue of Running Research News ever published and remember a lot that was written so when I see a rehash my ears perk right up. So it's hardly new information, at least to me and the marathon runners I coach. =========================
