[Supertraining] Re: Powercleans for muscle building? Philip Mon Jul 14 01:19:11 2008

---Eugene, Powercleans will help you develop your physique, but not
necessarily in the way you intend. It probably won't give you a
bodybuilder like physique, unless you include other lifts. But it
will develop a well balanced physique, as it will force your body to
work in a coordinated effort to achieve a powerful extension of the
body in order to seperate the barbell from the floor. You may not get
as big as a bodybuilder, but you will function better.
