[Supertraining] Collegiate Basketball Periodization Program Philip Mon Jul 14 02:20:32 2008 

I am in the process of designing my offseason and preseason program for
a Div I NJCAA Mens Basketball program. I would like to hear others
insights, on what they think should be included in such a program.
