Edwin,
When it comes to nutrition people get way too caught
up on the macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat) and
not enough on the micronutrients and other things that
are contained in food. Anyone can have a great
protein, carb, and fat ratio in there diet and keep it
at a certain calorie level, but they could still eat
candy and cookies and soda. Is that healthy?? No.
Why not? Because the nutrient quality is terrible.

Here is the basics on shell fish:
More people get sick from eating shellfish then any
other food.
More people die from eating shell fish than any other
food.
And more people are allergic to shellfish than any
other food.
Why is this???
Because shell suck up all the toxic chemicals in the
water. So when you eat shell fish you are eating lots
of toxic chemicals, and that includes shrimp.

As for pigs they, like shell fish, are the ground
based toxic scavengers of the worlds. They will eat
their own feces. If one of their young die they will
eat it. If anyone in here has seen the new Rambo
movie they might notice a scene where they have pigs
eating people as well. The thing with Pigs and
shellfish is that none of them release these things
that are considered toxic to us. They actually retain
it and store it in their bodies. So when we eat any
of it we are forcing our body to go on overdrive
trying to detoxify itself. If your body is busy doing
that you can forget about it being in an anabolic
state, and you can guarantee that your liver will be
over taxed, which in the long term can lead to a
multitude of health issues.
