Hi all,
I've bought the Matrix Principle book because of all this talk (out of
curiosity) and I've read through it as well... I dont see anything about
fast once a week workouts.
Tried the 'abdominal matrix' introductory routine which involved doing a
total of 9 sets in total (crunchs/sit- ups/leg-raises) - this took about 20
minutes (including prescribed 3 minute rests in between sets). If I did a
full-body matrix (with 20 minutes per bodypart), it would be >2hours once a
week!
