Hi Eugene,

Re: So what is this 'quick' once a week workout thing about?

The following statement comes from Dr. Laura's web site (
http://www.dr-ronlaura.com/matrix_uni_study.html)

"a concentrated 10-15 minute once-a-week workout has been shown to be
comparable to, and in a number of cases, far more effective than
conventional training sessions of an hour or more, performed three to four
times a week."

To me, that sounds hokey. But, reading some of the other posts (e.g., by
Ken and by Ed), I think it's probably inaccurate to evaluate the credibility
of matrix training by focusing on that quote. Your post makes that
evident. In a world where so many charlatans sell their wares by promising
phenomenal results with little or no effort, I think they were not smart to
post that statement. That said, obviously, we have smart people who feel
matrix training is worth looking into. I'll probably do so myself.
