[Canon_EOS_dSLR] Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens

Hi all,

I have a conon 350D body and Canon 18-55mm (non-IS kit lens), Canon 50mm,
and Sigma 28-200 mm lenses. i am not happy with the sharpness in all mt
lenses, and just saw the Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM Lens, priced
799$. i am thinking of replacing the kit lens with this. does any of you
have experience with this lens? is it really worth the money?
