google around for info on how to replace the heater core. I started to do mine 
by the book
and after getting deeply into it realized that the odds of my putting it back 
together correctly were pretty
slim. Did the google and was able to finish the job reasonably quickly.

Hi all
Is it a Hellish job to replace the heater rad. ie much stripping 
down/fascia(?)etc?  Mine burst and is now shorted out -  by-passed with hose.   
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
