The gadget you are looking for is not valid.
This comes up on the Personalize Your Home page.

Here is the xml file:
<?xml   version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Module>
<ModulePrefs title="My Links"
description="Collection of useful links for ones own use."
author="Emil Bohach"
author_email="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
height="242" >
</ModulePrefs>
<Content type="html">
<a href="http://www.wunderground.com/US/TX/Dallas.html"
target="_blank">
<img border="0" src="http://prymak.net/us-cities/weather.png"
alt="Weather Underground Dallas" title="Weather Underground Dallas"></
img>
</a>
</Content>
</Module>

Basically a striped down code snipit of an existed iGoogle ap.
