[Lost_ABCTV] fun with stunt casting

for those that don't know the term. stunt casting  is when they hire  
someone famous, typically for a short arc guest spot even sometimes  
just one episode and hype the hell out of it. generally shows up for  
sweeps, season premieres and season finales.

so I was thinking, if  they were going to do a little SC on Lost what  
might be fun. it would have to be flashbacks cause turning up on the  
island is a little too Gillians.

first thing that came to mind is a flashback of Jack in med school,  
with Michael Keaton as one of his teachers, his advisor even.
