[SurroundSound] Re: foobar and SACD-Rs

Some better soundcard drivers often have DSP.
But I imagine there is all kind of CRM $h1t involved  with SACD output
over HDMI.
Hell, even an SACD capable PS3 will not output DSD without
downsampling it.
