Hello  I have 6 days clean  I want to tell you all thanK you for working 
together as agroup. Here is a little story  MY little sister ended her life in 
2002 At this time in my life I had over 10 years clean I had stop going to 
meeting I told myself that I just did not have the time 
The Doc give me pills to help me sleep I used them so I did not have to feel 
the pain and with in a year I picked up the drink for a long time now i would 
not read your emails i told myself mmm I will not ever beable to stay clean  
Here a week ago I last a good frind and that strong over welling feeling came 
back.  I  try to only have 2 or 3 many times I end up not remmber how many I 
had  Today Iam rising my grandchildern I see my self going back so 6 days ago I 
started to read your email  just taking one day at a time  thank you 6 day 
clean god be with you all
