[Aseba-dev] New features added to plotting tool

Hello,

I have added the following features to the plotting tool:
- Added rec/stop and clear button
- Added option to limit record duration
- Add option to save events in file (similar feature as asebarec, but 
per event)

Please test and report potential bugs!
