This is a function of the wiring and the lights you use, more than the hub. Any ol' dynohub will give you 3 watts to work with. You could choose to wire thise watts into a 3 watt headlight, but the customary German approach is to use a 2.4 Watt headlight with an 0.6 watt taillight. (Yes, this is a way oversimplified explanation of what's going on.
