Ah yes, you're right, if there's no 'sub layout' layout.cfm in the views 
folder, the content wouldn't get injected into the main layout file, as 
'mainbody' wouldn't exist..
Maybe it's something which I need to get working with the defauly body 
variable, as then it would fall back
