So the actual SELECT is returning this error. When run with “call 
SYSCS_UTIL.SYSCS_SET_XPLAIN_MODE(0);” the query is run with no
error.

I am trying to get the query plan that would be used without executing the 
query.

So is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?


Definitely looks like a bug to me.
