[Developers] CoverID v artwork_track_id in CLI

The notes to LMS 7.6 state that a new "c" tag has been added to the
"songinfo" request, and that the new "coverid" returned by "c" should
be used instead of the "artwork_track_id" returned by the "J" tag.  

Unfortunately, this functionality has not be replicated in other places
where the "artwork_track_id" is returned, specifically from the "albums"
request.  Can the "c" tag be added to the "albums" request for
consistency?
