Where is config.xml in Apache James 3.

Hi,

I Downloaded Apcahe James 3 beta version. Now I want to add my custom
configuration so I searched in web for that. I found there should be
config.xml file to modify, and this file will be generated when we starts
server first time. I started server but I can not find config.xml at all in
my Apache James 3 server's directory. Please educate me where is config.xml
file in Apache James 3?
