[imp] Problem attaching file

Hi,
Our environment is Horde Groupware Webmail Edition running on CentOS 
release 4.4 (Final) (all updates applied):
http://webmail.methosystem.it/webmail/test.php

I can not attach any file, the browser show below messages after click 
update.

Did not attach "File.Name" as the file was empty.

Can someone help me ?
