[iphonesb] Dealing With Negative Reviews TimMarketing Fri Mar 02 11:04:12 2012
Hi, I'm wondering if other developers have good solutions to dealing with negative reviews of iPhone apps. I find it very frustrating that we can't reach out and help these customers. They don't seem to use our help desk and just go straight to posting negative reviews. Does anyone have a good strategy for either helping these folks or just getting better reviews in general?
