Re: [iphonesb] Dealing With Negative Reviews Adam Martin Fri Mar 16 10:01:19 2012
I do this, along with: - if it's a bug, I take a screenshot of what the user was looking at when they hit the feedback button (user chooses to include or not) - if it's a bug, I take the last N lines of console log when they hit the feedback button (user chooses to include or not) - if it's a bug, insert their report into Lighthouse / Tender, and let them optionally add their email to watch the updates on that support ticket Slightly different, I prefer using AppiRater for ratings, so rather than immediately let them rate (and tweet), I use their preference to bump the "soon-ness" of the iRater popup (and/or - if they have already rejected the iRate popup, but now hit like, give them the option to reset the rejection). I've been thinking of making this available to other developers, but it's not really polished enough yet to share.
