The Java Documentation package has been replaced by the Java Developer package. 
You must install it if you do any sort of native development, and you probably 
want to install it if you want your IDE to give you inline JavaDoc and 
click-through access to the JDK source.

I think they will be live on the production servers around 9:00PM PST. I will
