[k-9-mail] Installed on Galaxy Tab

Added 1 account on first start. now when run shows email from that
address OK but can't find the MENU to add extra accounts.
Top of the screen shows grey line with "Hotmail:Inbox (Syncing
disabled) then the emails under but no menu.
