[Logwatch-Devel] Amavis patch for LogWatch 7.3.1 (amavis CVS 1.33)

Hi folks,

The attached amavis patch for logwatch 7.3.1 updates scripts/services/amavis
(CVS v1.33).  The following changes have been made:
 
- Catches more amavis continuation lines
- Reports on mail released from quarantine via "amavisd-release"
- Reports supplemental minor bad headers available in amavisd 2.4.4+
- Suppresses empty detail lines in generic doReport routine
