Thanks but there's no qfiles directory in the whole server, I searched using 
'locate' and there were no results!

please advise..

rm qfiles/<queue_you_want_to_clear>/*

or if you want to be more cautious

mv qfiles/<queue_you_want_to_clear> somewhere_else
