[oauth] CallbackURL in OAuthConsumer is not forwarded to OAuth Provider

I have download all OAuth java  package and i have compiled and run
the provider and client for make a self consistent test. i have notice
that if i set the callbackURL in OAuthConsumer the provider get the
callbackURL only form startup property file. there is a way to get the
one passed by request post?
