[Quantum Owners] Am I the last one to notice

Driving in France or riding a motorbike there.
 
>From 1st July 2012 you must carry an approved breathalyser.
 
I only noticed when reading a website devoted mainly to photographic  
equipment but a quick 'Google'
produced lots of references to this new law.
