Projects to fund

On the buildadam site https://www.buildadam.com/muse2/projects/ ,
there's a list of projects to fund, which all have status SOLD
(proprietary). Does this mean the funcionality won't be available in
the RS core, and if so, is there a way to get the funcionality?
