Although its GUI User Interface is about as friendly as a bear with a
toothache, Cue Tools (http://www.cuetools.net/wiki/CUETools) sounds
like what you need. It's free and, if you already have a cue sheet, it
will take a long flac and break it up accordingly. It can also create
Cue Sheets from flac files and a host of the things, as well. Good luck
