Thanks for the help. I've modified state machine and can now skip the 
delivery process. Seems to work ok.

Am having issues actually defining the product as a 'voucher' or digital 
product. Adding as a variant seems a little cumbersome. Steph's article 
uses a checkbox to define the same in the product. Do you think this would 
be a better approach?
