DSS stream from VLC client

Hello,

I brought up a new DSS server.  The VLC client and DSS appear to be 
communicating, but I'm getting no video output on a Quicktime.
here is the output from the DSS logs:

When I open a Quicktime with rtsp://65.98.91.226:554/webcam2.sdp
the stream never comes through.  It tries to start, waits for media, switching 
transports, then pauses.

the output above doesn't give me anything to work with in terms of debugging.
