No its was fine .. However, the load as you mentioned to me  earlier was on the 
middle gear drive; infact I felt it while riding and that was due to the extra 
weight.

If we can reduce weight by making swing arm from alloy it would make allot of 
difference. What do u think ?

Yeah, that extra 60kg of unsprung weight wouldn't help the Vmax any. When 
 you realigned the driveshaft with the central supported U-joint did you get 
 any problems with the joint or bearing ?

 I agree with you that the diff. will work on back force; mechanically 
 speaking it should be no problem but I did read an article about oil 
 circulation not reaching properly to portions in the diff. due to turning it 
 upside down.
 
 The 300 tire project went very fine and the swing arm setup was strong to 
 handle this heavy tire but frankly speaking I was not happy with extra 
 weight !!! We are taking 60kgs extra weight on Vmax. I went back to ME880 
 ... But not for long :)

 OK. The only problem I've come across regarding the USD Suzuki diff, apart
 from the fill/drain hole locations, is that the crown wheel and pinion will
 be driving ( force and wear) on the "back" surface of the gears and not as
 designed on the front face. Just how much that may effect the wear and
 potential gear noise, I don't know.
 What about the Zeeshaft drive Max, the one where you replaced the stock back
 wheel with a beach ball ?

 from all mods :)
 
 I have shortened the suzuki differential and its ready to go on Vmax and
 more engineering work will follow to hook it up with Vmax frame. By the way,
 it will be upside down because of Vmax rotation. Am still researching on
 this issue.
 
 Don't ask me about the Turbo now hehehe ... I have allot of time this Summer

 Its an old bike. If pick up is bad or TCI you won't get spark on 4 coils ...
 Check rear coils ground and check for spark using a new plug while
 grounding it.

 hey guys i got a 85 vmax and I seem to be having a massive spark loss. To
 see what is going on I used a timing light, at an idle the rear cyls. are
 very spotty espesially Right rear. front seem to be strong. When I give it
 throttle right rear dies completely, left rear is weak ( meaning off and on)
 left front somewhat spotty and the only one with a solid heartbeat is right
 front (steady on) Reading through the service manuel I'm thinking either
 pick up coils, TCI or both. At an idle unpluging the right rear coil makes
 no change in idle speed which also explains the raw fuel coming out that
 side exhaust. Have any of you had any experince with this and if so what
 would be the best place to start. Any imfo would be greatly appreciated.
