Bandwidth for video post production

Hi List,

Before the switch to Promise VTrak units, bandwidth calculations for
Xsan was pretty easy: assume 80MB/s per full Xserve RAID side. Now
it's not, or at least I haven't found a definitive value. Apple's
website has some examples:

But it doesn't say if the units are SAS or SATA. Does anybody have any
suggestions, links, references on how to estimate Xsan bandwith for
video production?
