As far as I know,  Xsan only supports Fibre channel fabrics - not
point-to-point or arbitrated loop topologies.  From my recollection, the
Infortrend arrays have built in FC "hubs" that doo not implement the
switched fabric topology required by Xsan.   Even though the Infortrend has
8 FC ports, you still need a FC switch between the array and the Xsan
computers.
