There was an interaction between the number-up option and InputSlot
that, for some printers, caused the InputSlot code to be ignored. In
the print dialog, the number-up option is in the Layout pane and the
InputSlot option is in the Paper Feed pane.
B. Is reasonable to allow non admin user to add/remove printers?
There are situations where non-admin users still need to be able to
add and remove printers. The classic example is for a MacBook that is
configured by corporate IT but is used in multiple locations. Without
this change, the user would need to be a full admin to add and remove
