convertToFile makes a zero bytes file on one computer A O Mon Sep 08 04:01:12 2008

Hi fellow QTJava developers!

Im having a bit of an odd problem - I wrote an application that makes a custom
movie on people's computers, and have deployed it successfully on over 50
computers... However, on this one persons computer, the application ALWAYS
fails to run the function convertToFile

Basically, it produces a zero byte file, while on ALL the other computers it
produces the full movie saved to file...

the customer does have the latest qtjava installed, and is using a program
specific JVM. He also has all of the proper permissions to write to the
directory where he is trying to save the file. I just don't know what the
problem is!!! Does anyone have any ideas on what I should be looking into?
It's just weird that it works 99.9% on all other computers, and on his
computer, it doesn't work! Gotta love programming...
