quicktime-java

Sorry, I don't recall seeing that one before.  Anyone else?

First line of questions include:
1.  Do you have access to this buggy computer, or is the customer  
remote?
2.  What are you converting (ex: one MOV codec to another? an AVI to a  
MOV?  etc.)?
3.  And for that matter, how are you making the movie in the first  
place?
